JAMES E. MANCUSO

Mr. Mancuso is a local Berks County attorney and resident. He is a graduate of Holy Name High School (now Berks Catholic High School) and received his undergraduate degree from Providence College in Rhode Island. Mr. Mancuso earned his law degree from the Gonzaga School of Law in Washington.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Mancuso completed a year of volunteer service through AmeriCorps as a teacher and coach at the Paschal Sherman Indian School in Omak, Washington.

While in law school, Mr. Mancuso worked for the legal research company, Westlaw. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Berks County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to establishing the Mancuso Law Group, Mr. Mancuso practiced law at Brumbach, Mancuso and Fegley, P.C. where he spent over a decade developing expertise in his field and his reputation as a school solicitor in the Berks County region.

Mr. Mancuso specializes his practice in the representation of School Districts. He also focuses his practice on labor law, tax assessment appeals, and small business formation/governance.

Mr. Mancuso was selected for inclusion to the 2017 – 2022 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star list. Only 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Pennsylvania received this honor.

Mr. Mancuso is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Mancuso is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
